Yes, our wrist rest has a detachable silicone pad that is designed to suction onto your laptop, below your keyboard, to provide support even if you don't typically use a mouse. Palmii®'s silicone pad will fold up and keep itself shut just like our full wrist rest with base although the individual pad uses suction as opposed to magnetic force.

Silicone pads are available for purchase individually and we offer a 15% discount when purchasing, or pre-ordering, two or more individual pads.

Yes, you can order pads and bases individually without buying a full wrist rest. Go to Build your Palmii® and select "Just the pad" or "Just the base" options.

Registering an account with us is optional but we do require an email address to place an order. Wholesale customers require an active account to access tiered pricing as your tier is tied directly to your Palmii® account.

We do not require a buy-in to access our pricing tiers. We operate on a minimum order quantity basis, meaning there is a minimum number of units that must be purchased.

Yes, completing a Special Request order immediately assigns you a wholesale price tier based on your order quantity.


We ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, the UK and the EU, and offer a range of shipping options for these international and domestic orders. All orders are packed and shipped from Muskoka, Canada.

All orders of in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the associated tracking information. If you hold an active account with us, you can click the Account icon to view tracking information, order history and more. Please allow 48 business hours for your order tracking to update.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the online store order number, receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so allow up to 7 business days from return confirmation.
